ATLANTA, Ga.- Trinity University's (Texas) Allison Wooley has been named the 2005 Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Graduate Assistant of the Year, as selected by the Women's Sports Foundation. The award is presented annually to a female graduate assistant coach to recognize her contributions to a collegiate women's basketball program, and her commitment to becoming a coach of women's basketball in the new millennium.

"Allison's experience, as player and now a coach, makes her an excellent choice for the WBCA Graduate Assistant of the Year award," said CEO Beth Bass. "On behalf of the WBCA, I want to congratulate Allison and wish her all the best in the coaching ranks."
