The WBCA Courtside Expo is held during the National Convention each year and provides the ultimate chance for businesses to connect with the over 2,000 attendees - all coaches, administrators and fans of women's and girls' basketball.

Exhibitor Housing
A limited number of rooms at the Crowne Plaza Denver are being held exclusively for WBCA exhibiting companies. The rate is $145 (plus taxes and fees) per night.

Rooms will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A credit card will be needed to secure the reservation, and individuals will pay for their room, tax and incidentals upon check-out.

Coupon Ad Specifications

Please note the following specifications regarding coupon ads. All artwork is due to the WBCA by February 4, 2012.

  • One-sided, print-ready, no larger than 5.5" W X 2.75" H.
  • No bleeds.
  • PC compatible file using one of the following programs: Adobe Illustrator, PageMaker or Quark Express.
  • An image file such as a .JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF that is print-quality (300 dpi).
  • Submit via a disk or e-mail to ffolds@wbca.org.

Reminder: Coupon ads are available only to exhibitors who hold Allied membership in the WBCA.
