About Shootaround with Beth & Debbie

What is "Shootaround with Beth and Debbie®"?
"Shootaround with Beth and Debbie" is a ground-breaking podcast committed to talking about women's basketball on the national level every week during the women's basketball season. The goal of the podcast is to create awareness of women's basketball and to grow our game. "Shootaround" is a podcast designed like a sports talk-radio show, featuring insightful commentary, news and interviews from the highly-respected announcing tandem, Beth Mowins and Debbie Antonelli. Beth and Debbie cover over 100 women's basketball games a year in leagues across the country. The podcast was first launched in 2007.

Why do we need "Shootaround"?
There is nothing available to women's basketball coaches, players and fans of the game to engage in nationwide sports talk and entertainment. "Shootaround" is the very first national women's basketball podcast!

Each show will include interviews with coaches, players, legends of the game and hoop pundits. Trivia and games will be included in each show, as well as the inclusion of fan emails. The email address for any comments, questions or topics of interest is shootaround@wbca.org.

When will "Shootaround" air each week?
TBD
