The USA TODAY ESPN board of coaches is made up of nine head coaches at Division III institutions. All are members of the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA). The 2011-12 board: Patricia Manning- Non-voting Chair (Williams College), Kate Costanzo (Allegheny College), Nancy Fahey (Washington University-St. Louis), Julie Fulks (Lewis & Clark College), Kim Martin (Saint Joseph College), Stephanie Flamini (Guilford College), Dawn Henderson (The College of New Jersey), James Scheible (University of Rochester), and Mike Strong (University of Scranton).
