WBCA High School All-America Team
Definition
The WBCA High School All-America Team honors the 20 best high school girls' basketball players in the country.
Eligibility
Only seniors, who are graduating in the current season, are eligible for selection to the WBCA High School All-America Team. Fifth-year seniors are not eligible.

Nomination
Nominations will be available online in November with a deadline in January. A high school or AAU coach must be an active WBCA member in order to nominate a player for the WBCA High School All-America Team. The member-coach may nominate any eligible athlete from their own team or from any team within his/her district. We encourage you to contact your high school district representative to discuss players in your area. Collegiate coaches are not eligible to nominate a player for the WBCA High School All-America Team.
Selection
A nine-member selection committee will select 20 players for the WBCA High School All-America Team, as well as, recognize 20 Honorable Mention All-Americans. The head coaches of the 20 players who are selected as All-Americans will be notified of the player's selection by telephone in early February.
