WBCA Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll

Since 1996, the WBCA has recognized outstanding academic performance through its Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll. The top teams in each of the five WBCA collegiate divisions, NCAA Divisions I, II and III, NAIA and JC/CC, are recognized through this award.

Eligibility
All collegiate divisions are eligible to submit a nomination form for this award. Nomination forms are available online starting in May. The team is announced in early Summer. All student-athletes who were on the athletic association official varsity roster list as of the start of second semester must be listed on the nomination form and the head coac must be a member of the WBCA. The head coach must nominate his/her team for this award. Only WBCA member head coaches can nominate their team for this award.

Selection
Team grade point averages are determined by the total number of quality points divided by the total number of hours attempted by the team. Grades must be converted on a 4.0 grade point scale and only semester hours or quarter hours can be accepted.

Nominations for the 2008-09 WBCA Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll will be available May 18, 2009 at WBCA.org. Deadline to submit nominations will be June 29, 2009.
