As the WBCA Membership and Convention Services Manager, Felicia Folds handles the day-to-day operations of membership. In addition, she also oversees the registration process for the WBCA National Convention. She joined the WBCA full-time in July 2002, but had worked previously with the WBCA National Convention from 1995 through 2001.
