Former WBCA Awards

Women's Sports Foundation/WBCA Graduate Assistant of the Year
The Women's Sports Foundation/WBCA Graduate Assistant of the Year Award, as selected by the Women's Sports Foundation, was awarded annually to a female graduate assistant coach in recognition of her contribution to a collegiate women's basketball program and her committment to becoming a coach of women's basketball. A donation of $1,000 from the Women's Sports Foundation was made in her honor to her Women's Basketball Program.

WBCA Scholarships
This award was presented annually to two women's basketball players who demonstrated outstanding commitment to the sport of women's basketball and to academic excellence. This award enabled deserving student-athletes to complete their undergraduate degrees or to begin work on advanced degrees. Each award was in the amount of $1,000.

WBCA Player of the Month
WBCA NCAA Division I and Division II Player of the Month honors were based on achievements during respective month for nomination and game-by-game statistics.
