Register for the convention before reserving your room. A housing code is located at the top of your confirmation. It is your responsibility to read and understand the housing policies listed at the bottom of this page.

WBCA housing will be open from noon ET on Nov. 1, 2011, until 5 p.m. ET on Feb. 29, 2012.

WBCA rate: $119 - Single or double occupancy $119. For each additional person over double occupancy per bedroom, add $15 per adult per night. Children 18 and under are free in the same room as their parent or guardian.

The WBCA has secured a large block of rooms at the hotels in convenient locations to the convention center. We recognize that you have many options for accommodations. However, the WBCA has made a major commitment to Denver and its hotel community, and we ask that you use official WBCA hotels when possible.

Housing Policies
• The WBCA staff is not responsible for booking, modifying or cancelling any hotel reservations.
• One room per person. The name on the reservation must match the name on the WBCA registration. If the names do not match then the WBCA will cancel the reservation.
• A three-night minimum exists for all rooms reserved.
• A credit card with an expiration date after April 2012 is required.
• One week prior to arrival, credit cards will be charged a non-refundable deposit of three nights room and tax.
• Space is limited; availability is not guaranteed. The hotel will confirm space on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Room types are not guaranteed; however, hotels will make every effort to accommodate requests based upon availability.
• Reservations are subject to all local sales and occupancy taxes.

Cancellations/No Shows
• The following cancellation fees apply
      o Nov. 1, 2011 - Feb. 29, 2012 - no penalty
      o March 1 - 24, 2012 - $250 per room
• A non-refundable deposit of three nights room/tax will be charged on March 26.
• No shows will be charged the full three-night minimum and their room may be released. Please advise the hotel of any late arrivals.
