NCAA® Women’s Final Four® Ticket Policies
- Tickets are only available to active WBCA members who have registered for the National Convention and, once purchased, are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
- Price includes a $5 service fee.
- Tickets include two semifinal games and the championship game; they cannot be split.
- Seating is with the WBCA’s block and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Groups: While the WBCA cannot guarantee any seating assignment, it will attempt to accommodate requests for a maximum of four (4) registrants to sit together. Please note the following:
- Online: All registrants must submit their online form and payment on the same day and complete the group seating section.
- Printed Form: All registrants from the group must submit forms together, noting that they should be seated as a group.
- Supply of tickets is limited; therefore, submitted orders are not guaranteed assignments.
- On-site: Tickets can be picked up at the WBCA registration area until tip-off on the first semifinal game on Sunday. There is no Will Call at the game site.
- Refunds will not be issued for any cancelled or unclaimed tickets.
Also, note these additional policies per the NCAA:
Please note that tickets may be used only for the personal or professional interests of those receiving tickets. They may not be used in any commercial or promotional activities (e.g., drawings, sweepstakes, fundraising activities). Any redistribution of tickets is the responsibility of the member. The offer of resale or actual resale of tickets at a price above face value will violate the conditions of this offer. Violation of these policies may result in the forfeiture of your privilege to purchase Women’s Final Four tickets in the future.
Your seat numbers will be registered with the NCAA. While we believe that you would never sell your tickets in violation of policy or law, you must understand that once tickets get into the “mainstream,” there is nothing that can be done to prevent the tickets from ending up for sale on the streets or online. Therefore, if you give or sell your tickets to a friend, who in turn gives them to a friend, who sells them to a broker at face value only to have them offered for sale, it could result in real damages to the WBCA and to you.
The Division I Women’s Basketball Committee’s policy regarding coaches tickets being sold for above face value is that the individual member may lose their ticket privileges for five years and the WBCA will have its allotment reduced by the number of tickets sold for above face value for a period of five years.
Cancellation or Postponement of the Event
The WBCA shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, or incurred transportation or lodging costs by causes not reasonably within the control of the WBCA or other “emergency conditions,” including, but not limited to, fire; casualty; flood; epidemic; earthquake; explosion or accident; blockade embargo; inclement weather; government restraints; restraints or orders of civil defense or military authorities; acts of public enemy; riot or civil disturbance; strike; lockout, boycott or other labor disturbance; inability to secure sufficient labor; technical or other personnel failure; impairment or lack of adequate transportation facilities; inability to obtain, condemnation, requisition or commandeering of necessary supplies or equipment; local, state or federal laws, ordinances, rules orders, decrees, or regulations whether legislative, executive or judicial, and whether constitutional or unconstitutional; or Act of God.
The attendee agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WBCA, the event facility, the owner of such facility, and the city in which this event is being held, and their respective officers, agents and employees, from and against all bodily and personal injury, loss, claims, or damage to any person or any property arising from cancellation or postponement due to above circumstances and conditions.
